“Years ago, we chose Impero Connect as our remote support solution. As the organization has grown, our security needs have evolved. We must now support company controlled devices and troubleshoot issues on Franchisee and Partner owned devices. We must comply with PCI DSS, COPPA, Sarbanes Oxley and the Privacy Shield Framework. We needed audit logs of exactly who connected to which systems during each remote access session and multi-factor authentication is a requirement. Fortunately for us, Impero Connect scaled to meet our needs.

We use Impero Connect to support our in-store devices. When an issue with an in-store device arises, we can get into the system and find out what’s going on. Impero allows both the on-site user and the service desk representative to provide input during a session.”
